We departed Dow's Lake Pavillion at 8:00 a.m. and arrived at Lac
Leamy Casino Marina at 12:00 noon.
Our route took us through the 8 locks in beatiful downtown Ottawa, a mile
east on the Ottawa River, north through the Gatineau River and west into the Lac Leamy cut.

Day 7 - Lac Leamy Casino to St. Anne de Bellevue
We departed Lac Leamy Casino Marina at 7:30 a.m. and arrived at St.
Anne de Bellevue at 4:30 p.m.
Our route took us through the Carillon Lock - the biggest drop of all the
locks we will encounter this trip - 41 feet in a single lock. We continued down stream into Lac de Deux Montagnes through
the St. Anne de Bellevue lock where we spent the night.

Day 8 - St. Anne de Bellevue to the Old Port of Montreal
We departed St. Anne de Bellevue at 8:40 a.m. and arrived at the Old
Port of Montreal at 3:30 p.m.
Our route took us through Lac St. Louis into the St Lawrence River and then
through the Seaway Canal and the locks at St Catherine and St Lambert to our destination in the Old Port of Montreal.

Total miles travelled for the day: 31 miles

Day 10 - Old Port of Montreal to St. Ours Lock
We departed the Old Port of Montreal at 8:15 a.m. and arrived at St
Ours Lock at 1:40 p.m.
Our route took us down the St Lawrence River to Sorel where we proceeded
south onto the Richelieu River and through the lock at St Ours.
